SkinTyte works by tightening lax and sagging skin, reducing fine lines, and the appearance of stretch marks. After your SkinTyte procedure, your skin will have a more firm and youthful appearance.
SkinTyte uses infrared light to target and heat the deep, dermal collagen and partially denature it. This causes the collagen to contract, activating your body’s natural healing response. While healing, your body will remodel this protein and increase the tissues in your skin. The handset releases cooling puffs of air throughout the treatment to keep you comfortable.
This treatment is safe and optimized for all skin types and textures.
Before your SkinTyte procedure, you’ll meet with our expert treatment providers to assess your skin goals and determine the best course of treatment.
We’ll take photos to add to your patient profile so that we can track your treatment progress over time.
The infrared light will selectively heat the dermal collagen in your skin, maintaining safety and comfort throughout the treatment by cooling the outer layer of your skin.
There’s no downtime expected after a SkinTyte treatment, allowing you to return to your regular activities immediately.

SkinTyte treatment may need to be repeated depending on your concerns or to maintain your results. The exact length of your treatment, including how many sessions and how far apart they need to be spaced, will be determined by our expert treatment providers during your assessment.
We cannot offer this treatment to patients who are pregnant or sensitive to light. This includes patients taking certain antibiotics or medication, such as Accutane or isotretinoin that are known to increase light sensitivity.
