Under the supervision of the Regional Director, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Director to lead the operations and growth of our Medical Aesthetic Clinic. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in a medical aesthetics setting. The Clinic Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the clinic’s strategic action plans to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare, analyze, and act on monthly performance dashboards, including sales results, key performance indicators, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Create, manage, and adjust the annual budget, ensuring alignment with revenue, promotion, labor costs, and other financial goals.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational standards applicable to a medical aesthetics practice.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching for professional development, and address performance concerns when necessary.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions in collaboration with the Regional Director to ensure clinical and operational excellence.
  • Schedule and lead regular team meetings to communicate goals, review performance, and address concerns.

Financial Oversight

  • Ensure accuracy in invoicing, payment processing, and end-of-day financial reconciliations.
  • Approve and monitor clinic expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Oversee payroll management, including employee hours and submissions to the accounting department.

Client Experience and Clinical Engagement

  • Conduct or assist with clinical consultations as needed, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to medical standards.
  • Organize and lead client education events, including information evenings and promotional activities.
  • Respond promptly to client concerns, providing effective solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality of services and products offered.

Inventory and Facility Management

  • Manage inventory levels to optimize supply availability and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate clinic maintenance, equipment servicing, and leasehold improvements.
  • Verify and oversee the accuracy of care/product orders and ensure timely follow-up on customer appointments.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the Regional Director to align the clinic’s operations with broader organizational goals.
  • Actively contribute to the clinic’s social media presence and marketing efforts to attract new clients and promote services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant leadership experience in a medical aesthetics clinic, dental office, or similar healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams of 5-10 employees.
  • Experience collaborating with medical professionals, such as doctors or nurse practitioners, is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in sales, with demonstrated success in motivating and leading a sales-driven team to achieve performance goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in using business software tools and systems for reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ethical leadership.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and implement change effectively.
  • Social media management experience for business accounts is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
