Responsibilities –

• Assisting our physicians in medical, cosmetic, invasive and non-invasive treatments.
• Input client’s consultations, treatments and download photos in software database.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule client appointments, greet and direct clients through the treatment process.
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
• Educate clients on additional services, all treatment processes including pre and post treatment care.
• Administer treatments in accordance with Dermapure policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the clients’ medical and cosmetic charts.

Requirements –

• RPN or LPN;
• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role in the medical, medical aesthetics or women’s health field.
• Medical charting (SOAP).
• Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications.
• Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, at all times.
• Perform all duties as requested or assigned.
• Warm and welcoming manner.
