Responsabilities :

• Being the first point of contact in the clinic, you will greet clients as they arrive for their appointments and build authentic relationships with out renew clientele.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and clinic, assisting the manager, physicians, nurses and medical aestheticians throughout the day
• Santizing, cleaning, and disinfecting the reception and waiting area in between clients as needed.
• Checking clients in and out
• Booking clients in for appointments, over the phone, email and in person
• Assisting clients with purchasing retail skincare products (training on our skincare lines will be provided)
• Monitoring inventory of all office supplies, retail, and back-bar products
• Coordinating client forms and files on the computer, having them ready and filled out for our staff performing the treatment
• Opening and closing the clinic as needed
• Ensuring our clients feel welcome and invited into our warm clinic space, at all-times.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma is mandatory, training in secretarial/office systems would be an asset.
• Sales and Consulting experience an asset.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role (in a medical or spa environment).
• Knowledge or medical-grade skin care lines will be highly recommended
• Interested and passionate about all things related to skin care, beauty, rejuvenation, and laser treatment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
