Follow-up and Maintenance
Normal daily activity can be resumed right away – avoid rigorous activities such as gym workouts.
Uncomfortable symptoms may improve as soon as the diseased vein is closed. There may be minor soreness in the thigh. Usually this can appear a few days to a few weeks later, and should not be a concern. Any discomfort can be treated with over-the-counter, non-steroidal anti-inflammatories only after consultation and discussion with your doctor.
