Responsibilities -
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Operations, FP&A Business Partners, Business Intelligence, and clinic leadership teams to understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, business cases, and financial analyses supporting annual strategic planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
- Analyze clinic, regional, and service-line performance, including revenue drivers, productivity, profitability, and return on investment.
- Support strategic initiatives related to pricing, clinic network optimization, incentive programs, cost management, and business growth.
- Turn financial and operational data into clear conclusions, recommendations, and next steps.
- Prepare concise, executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
- Take ownership of special projects and analyses supporting operational and financial decision-making.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks supporting the Corporate Development team and broader Finance team, as required.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, transaction services, accounting, or another analytical finance role.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis capabilities.
- The ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong business acumen and an interest in understanding the drivers of business performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
- A completed (or in-progress) professional designation such as a CPA, a CFA, or other.
