Clear + Brilliant and Perméa Chaparral
Clear + Brilliant and Perméa is a non-ablative fractional laser treatment that improves skin texture, tone and complexion through two distinct wavelengths. The Perméa wavelength (1927 nm) provides a superficial exfoliation targeting pigmentation and enhancing hydration, while the Clear + Brilliant wavelength (1440 nm) reaches deeper layers to refine texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines and stimulate collagen production.
Because every patient's skin, concerns and medical history are different, Clear + Brilliant and Perméa at our Dermapure Chaparral clinic always begins with a personalized consultation. Together with your specialist, you will assess which wavelength or combination is the most appropriate option for your skin and your goals and discuss what a realistic treatment plan could look like, the expected results and the possible side effects.
