Botox Wildwood
Botox is a purified form of botulinum toxin type A, used in non-surgical injectable treatments. It is one of several prescription neuromodulator options available in aesthetic medicine, administered by a physician or healthcare professional in a clinical setting.
Because every patient's anatomy, goals and medical history are different, Botox injections at our Dermapure Wildwood clinic always begin with a personalized consultation with a physician or healthcare professional. Together, you will assess whether Botox is the most appropriate option for you and discuss what a realistic treatment plan could look like, the expected results and the possible side effects, which will be reviewed in detail during your consultation. Follow-Up & Maintenance
Depending on your unique needs and goals, we recommend follow-up Botulinum toxin injections every 3 to 6 months. Over time, regular treatments may reduce the frequency and amount of product required to achieve your desired results.
Contraindications
We do not offer Botulinum toxin injections to individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding and individuals with certain neuromuscular disorders. One week before your Botulinum toxin injections, we recommend avoiding aspirin or any other medications containing aspirin.
