Clear + Brilliant and Perméa Longueuil
Clear + Brilliant and Perméa offered at our Dermapure clinics in Longueuil is a fractional laser treatment available in two distinct modes: Clear + Brilliant (1440 nm), which acts in the deeper layers of the skin, and Perméa (1927 nm), which works more on the surface. Both modes create controlled micro-perforations that prompt the skin to renew itself and produce new collagen. It is suitable for all skin types, regardless of tan.
This treatment is most often considered by patients who would like to refine skin texture, even out the complexion, soften the look of pigment spots and restore radiance. Depending on goals and skin condition, the treatment may use one mode, the other, or a combination of the two within a personalized plan. It can also be planned alongside medical-grade skincare protocols within a broader treatment plan.
Because every patient’s skin is different, Clear + Brilliant and Perméa at our Dermapure clinics in Longueuil begins with a personalized consultation. Together with your specialist, you will assess whether this treatment is the most appropriate option for your skin and discuss what a realistic treatment plan could look like, the expected results and the possible side effects.
