Clear + Brilliant and Perméa Old Montreal
Clear + Brilliant and Perméa is a non-ablative fractional laser that creates microscopic perforations in the skin to stimulate its natural repair process and collagen production. It offers two distinct modes: Perméa (1927 nm), which is more superficial and acts on tone and pigmentation, and Clear + Brilliant (1440 nm), which is deeper and targets texture and fine lines.
Because every patient's skin, goals and medical history are different, Clear + Brilliant and Perméa at our Dermapure Old Montreal clinic always begins with a personalized consultation. Depending on your needs, your specialist will guide you toward one mode, the other, or a combination of the two within a personalized plan, and you will discuss the expected results and the possible side effects.
