Side Effects & Contraindications

Common side effects. Redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or itching at the injection site. These are usually temporary and tend to resolve within a few days.
Less common side effects. In rarer cases, small lumps or nodules under the skin, prolonged sensitivity, or localized inflammation may develop. A daily massage protocol during the first weeks is often recommended to help reduce the risk of nodules.
