Clear + Brilliant and Perméa Davie
Clear + Brilliant and Perméa is a non-ablative fractional laser treatment designed to improve the overall quality of the skin. It combines two wavelengths, Perméa (1927 nm) for more superficial work on tone and pigmentation and Clear + Brilliant (1440 nm) for deeper work on texture and fine lines. The treatment creates controlled micro-perforations under the skin's surface to support the skin's natural renewal process and stimulate collagen production.
Because every patient's skin, concerns and medical history are different, Clear + Brilliant and Perméa at our Dermapure Davie clinic always begins with a personalized consultation. Together with your specialist, you will assess whether Clear + Brilliant or Perméa is the most appropriate option for your skin and your goals and discuss what a realistic treatment plan could look like, the expected results and the possible side effects, which will be reviewed in detail during your consultation.
