Clear + Brilliant and Perméa Kerrisdale
Clear + Brilliant and Perméa are non-ablative fractional laser treatments that improve overall skin quality by creating microscopic treatment zones beneath the skin's surface, stimulating the body's natural healing response and collagen production. The system offers two distinct wavelengths: Perméa (1927 nm) provides a more superficial treatment focused on improving complexion and texture, reducing pigment spots and enhancing product penetration, while Clear + Brilliant (1440 nm) reaches deeper skin layers to refine pores, soften fine lines and improve skin tone. Both treatments can be applied to the face, neck, décolleté and hands, and are suitable for all skin types.
Because every patient's skin, concerns and goals are different, Clear + Brilliant and Perméa at our Dermapure Kerrisdale clinic always begins with a personalized consultation with our team. Together, you will evaluate your skin, determine which wavelength or combination is best suited to your needs, discuss a realistic treatment plan and review the possible side effects.
