Dr. Christina Plaskos

Dr. Christina Plaskos is an Integrative Aesthetic Physician with more than three decades of medical experience and a distinctive whole-person approach to aesthetics, health, and aging. 

A graduate of the University of Toronto, she holds a BSc in Pharmacology and a Doctor of Medicine (MD). She is board-certified in Functional, Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine, has completed a Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine, holds an OMA GP Focused Practice Designation in Phlebology, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Society of Phlebology. 

After beginning her career in family medicine, Dr. Plaskos evolved her practice into integrative aesthetic medicine, bringing a whole-person perspective to the way she approaches beauty and aging. She later founded Aegis MD, now Dermapure St. Catharines, where she developed a medically led approach grounded in patient safety, individualized care, and natural-looking outcomes. 

Her philosophy represents a shift from procedure-driven aesthetics to patient-driven care looking beyond the presenting concern to understand the factors that influence how each patient looks, feels, and ages. 

Her aesthetic approach is simple: restore rather than transform, preserve individuality, and create natural results that support confidence.
