Dr. Scott K. M Barr

Dr. Scott K. M Barr, MD, FRCS(C), is a plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience in surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic medicine. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Toronto and specialized in Plastic Surgery at the University of Western Ontario, followed by an advanced training fellowship in Facial Surgery and Reconstruction.

Dr. Barr is widely recognized for his expertise and dedication to the field of surgical and nonsurgical aesthetics. The former Head of the Division of Plastic Surgery, Chief of Surgical Subspecialties, past President of the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Dr. Barr is a board-certified plastic surgeon with memberships in CSAPS, ASAPS, ISAPS, CLASS, and CSPS among others. Dr. Barr has sat on multiple advisory committees within the aesthetic industry and currently sits on the Medical Advisory Committee of Dermapure Group.

Dr. Barr lectures extensively on the latest techniques in aesthetic enhancement and has served as a keynote speaker at major national and international conferences. He is well known for his meticulous attention to detail and appreciation for the artistry involved in optimizing symmetry, balance and the unique characteristics of each individual to create natural looking, beautiful outcomes for his patients.
