Michelle Caon

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from McMaster University. She began her career in pediatric surgical care before transitioning to a plastic surgery practice, where she gained extensive experience supporting patients through OHIP and cosmetic procedures. Her passion for dermatology led her to medical aesthetics, allowing her to expand her expertise while serving her local community.

Michelle is dedicated to building trusting relationships with her patients through active listening and honest, evidence-based recommendations. She values a collaborative approach, ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident without high-pressure sales tactics. With a calm and nurturing demeanor, she helps patients feel at ease during treatments.

A member of the College of Nurses of Ontario, Michelle is committed to ongoing education and professional development. She embraces new technologies and techniques to deliver the best possible care, helping patients feel confident in their own skin.
