With experience spanning decades in the healthcare field, Nathalie brings a rare combination of advanced clinical expertise and strategic leadership to Dermapure. A clinical nurse by training, she also holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management, allowing her to pair her medical knowledge with exceptional organizational and team leadership skills.

Over her career, Nathalie has worked across several specialized sectors, including intensive care, hemodialysis, and the management of specialized hospital units. She has held key leadership roles, notably as Assistant Director of Nursing, where she led the strategic management of care, oversaw clinical teams, optimized processes, and introduced innovative practices to elevate service quality.

Known for her positive and motivating leadership style, warm demeanor, and strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex information, Nathalie is equally committed to collaboration and autonomy in her work. Her passion for the patient experience drives her to work closely with partners to ensure the highest quality of care.
