Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments with a doctor canceled within 48 hours will incur a $300 fee (taxable), while cancellations for treatments with our technicians or nurses will incur a $100 fee (taxable).
