Clear + Brilliant and Perméa BC Laser
Clear + Brilliant and Perméa are two complementary non-ablative fractional laser treatments delivered through the same advanced laser system, each using a different wavelength to target distinct skin concerns. Clear + Brilliant (1440 nm) penetrates deeper skin layers to stimulate collagen production and improve overall skin texture, tone and fine lines, while Perméa (1927 nm) provides a powerful superficial exfoliation that helps reduce the appearance of pigmentation and enhances the absorption of skincare products.
Because every patient's skin, goals and medical history are different, Clear + Brilliant and Perméa at our Dermapure Surrey City Centre clinic always begins with a personalized consultation with our team. Together, you will discuss which wavelength or combination best suits your concerns, what a realistic treatment plan could look like, and the possible side effects, which will be reviewed in detail during your consultation.
