Clear + Brilliant and Perméa Surrey
Clear + Brilliant and Perméa is a non-ablative fractional laser treatment available at Dermapure clinics in Surrey, that uses micro-perforations in the skin to stimulate the body's natural repair process and support collagen production. The system offers two distinct wavelengths: Perméa (1927 nm) targets the superficial layers for enhanced exfoliation and product absorption, while Clear + Brilliant (1440 nm) reaches deeper layers to address skin texture and tone. Both can be applied to the face, neck, décolleté and hands, and the approach is selected based on each patient's skin needs.
Because every patient's skin, goals and medical history are different, Clear + Brilliant and Perméa at our Dermapure clinics in Surrey always begins with a personalized consultation with a physician or healthcare professional. During this consultation, our team will evaluate your skin quality, discuss the concerns you would like to address, and recommend which wavelength or combination is best suited to your needs. The expected recovery, number of sessions and possible side effects will also be reviewed in detail. Book your personalized consultation with our team in Surrey.
