In 1995, Dr. Hatfield embarked on his medical journey, earning his degree from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. His move to Canada was driven by a core belief in healthcare as a fundamental right rather than a privilege. This ideology led to the creation of his first clinic, “Jabulani,” which translates to “Place of Happiness.” It was conceived with the idea that healthcare should be a positive and welcoming experience.
