The Position
Seeking a dynamic, patient-focused General Practitioner with a focused practice in Dermatology and cosmetic injecting experience to join a premier medical aesthetic clinic in Toronto Midtown.
 
Mainly, you will provide a blend of medical dermatology care and cosmetic injectable treatments, including the diagnosis and management of common skin conditions (acne, rosacea, pigmentation), alongside neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers. You will conduct full facial assessments and deliver natural, consistent aesthetic outcomes aligned with clinic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, PRP, laser treatments, and other rejuvenating therapies.
• Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient needs and expectations, and create customized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Licensed General Practitioner in good standing with CPSO
• Minimum 2 years of injecting experience
• Formal training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and complication management
• Comfortable managing common dermatologic conditions
• Experience in a private-pay or aesthetic setting preferred

We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative Marketing Automation & CRM to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing automation ecosystem across a growing network of non-surgical medical aesthetic clinics.
This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our patient lifecycle marketing—from acquisition to retention—through smart use of data, personalization, and automation. The ideal candidate combines marketing technology expertise with a deep understanding of consumer journeys, segmentation, and omnichannel communication.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Automation Strategy & Execution

• Develop, implement, and optimize automated email and SMS journeys across the patient lifecycle (acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation).
• Manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance tracking within the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver dynamic, personalized messaging.
• A/B test automation flows and campaign variables to continually improve engagement and conversion rates.

2. Customer Data Management

• Build and maintain audience segments based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to power personalized marketing at scale.
• Partner with IT and analytics teams to ensure accurate data flow and governance.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

• Define and track key performance metrics related to automation (email/SMS performance, database growth, campaign ROI, conversion rates).
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve patient experience and marketing efficiency.
• Build and lead a testing plan to ensure optimization and optimal performance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Paid Media, Web, Commercial team and Clinic Operations teams to create seamless, omnichannel patient experiences.
• Support national and local marketing initiatives by leveraging data-driven targeting and automation capabilities.
• Act as the internal subject-matter expert on marketing automation and CRM/CDP type tools best practices.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
• 6+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or data-driven marketing—ideally within multi-location retail, healthcare, or beauty industries.
• Proven experience managing or implementing CRM and CDP tools as asset
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Creatio, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or equivalent).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (CASL, GDPR, HIPAA, L25) and data compliance.

• Pre-book clients for future treatments and follow-up appointments.

• Set up, clean, sanitize, and maintain a sterile and organized procedure room while adhering to all clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications – 

• College Diploma in Nursing  
• Hold the license of Registered Nurse (registered with the CNO)
• Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectables experience 
• Strong consultation and client communication skills, with proven ability to upsell services ethically and effectively 
• Spoken and written languages: fluency English

The Junior Systems Administrator supports the stability, security, and day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure in a Microsoft-first, cloud-centric environment. This role is designed as a hands-on operational position, focused on monitoring systems, documenting environments and processes, handling routine administrative tasks, and supporting senior administrators with incident response, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

This is an ideal role for an early-career systems administrator who is eager to build strong fundamentals across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, identity, monitoring, and operational best practices, while learning from senior technical staff. 

Core Operational Responsibilities 

• Monitor the health, performance, and availability of systems and services across Azure, Microsoft 365, and on‑prem / hybrid infrastructure. 
• Respond to alerts, investigate issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate to senior administrators when required. 
• Execute routine operational tasks such as user provisioning, access reviews, certificate renewals, patching, and system checks. 
• Assist with backup monitoring, restore testing, and validation of recovery processes. 
• Support endpoint, server, and cloud resource lifecycle activities (build, change, retire).

• Create, update, and maintain clear technical documentation, including:

Reporting to the Controller, the incumbent will participates in all aspects of Groupe Dermapure’s accounting and financial operations and ensures that reliable, relevant and timely financial information is provided.

Responsibilities – 

Management of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements as part of the external audit while ensuring compliance with accounting standards (ASPE), procedures and deadlines.
• Act as a business partner and reference in accounting and finance for management, clinics and other departments.
• Collaborate in the preparation of various accounting and operational documents.
• Prepare management reports and analyses and requests for specific reports.

Management of the accounting cycle

• Perform transaction entry to accounting systems
• Produce various financial analyses and general ledger reconciliations, including gross margin, operating expenses, variances and inventory cost analyses.
• Produce reports to analyze the company’s performance as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and submit the various government remittances and reports within the prescribed deadlines.
• Assist in sales tax and corporate income tax audits with government authorities.
• Assist in the documentation of the year-end audit.

Internal Controls and Accounting Processes

• Participate in the implementation, documentation and updating of tools, processes and procedures in order to improve the effectiveness of operations, the efficiency of the accounting team and the quality of financial information, in particular by maximizing the use of accounting or point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in special projects and other analyses, when required.

Qualifications – 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting;
• Hold a professional accounting (CPA) designation;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Bilingual (French/English) both written and spoken;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel;
• Knowledge of the Acumatica accounting system (an asset);
