Hair Restoration
Noticing your hair is thinning can be unsettling. It might start subtly: your ponytail feels smaller, your part looks wider, or more hair collects in the shower. Whether it’s linked to stress, hormonal changes, or the postpartum period, this kind of gradual hair loss often affects how you feel long before it becomes visibly noticeable.
Exosome Hair Therapy is a regenerative treatment designed to help the scalp recover its ability to support healthy, resilient hair. At Dermapure, we use plant-based exosomes extracted from stem cells. These purified vesicles are rich in peptides, microRNAs, and growth factors that help stimulate weakened follicles, boost circulation, and restore a balanced scalp environment over time.
Because exosomes work by responding to signs of cellular stress or imbalance, they must be applied when the scalp is in an active state of regeneration. That’s why every treatment includes a controlled stimulation step to prepare the skin and create the optimal conditions for action.
Our signature approach is the JetPeel Revive Scalp protocol, a needle-free technology that uses pressurized microdroplets to infuse exosomes exactly where they’re needed. In some cases, microneedling may be used instead to gently activate the scalp and trigger the natural repair process. These controlled stimulation techniques are essential to allow the exosomes to perform at their full potential. PRP (platelet-rich plasma) may also be combined with treatment when appropriate to further support follicle regeneration.
This is not an instant fix, but a progressive, science-led solution. Over time, patients often report less shedding, improved texture, and stronger, fuller-looking hair—along with a renewed sense of confidence.
Your first visit begins with a one-on-one consultation with a medical professional. We take the time to explore your hair history, general health, and potential contributing factors such as stress, hormonal fluctuations, or postpartum-related hair loss. This evaluation helps determine the most appropriate regenerative treatment protocol based on your scalp health and hair density.
To track your progress over time, photos of your scalp are taken from different angles before treatment begins. These clinical images serve as a reference to assess changes in thickness, texture, and overall improvement in targeted areas.
Each session begins with scalp stimulation, designed to gently activate the skin and enhance the effectiveness of the treatment. Depending on your personalized protocol, this step may include targeted microneedling or the use of JetPeel technology. If PRP is part of the plan, a blood draw is performed at the start of the session to isolate the platelet-rich plasma. When JetPeel is used, it delivers the exosomes directly to the targeted areas using high-pressure microdroplets, without needles. This method allows for precise, comfortable and even application. In protocols involving microneedling, the exosomes are applied topically immediately after the stimulation to support the natural regeneration process. PRP can also be combined with either approach when appropriate.
Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes and are performed in a calm clinical setting. There is minimal downtime. You may experience mild redness or sensitivity in the treated areas, but this usually subsides within a few hours. You’ll be able to return to your regular activities the same day, without interrupting your routine.
Because every case of hair loss is unique, the number of sessions and technologies involved will vary from one person to another. Whether your personalized plan includes PRP therapy, JetPeel, or microneedling, all costs will be reviewed with you during your consultation. Your provider will design a tailored approach based on your goals, scalp health, and hair regeneration needs.
Exosome Hair Therapy delivers results progressively. Most patients benefit from two to six sessions, spaced a few weeks apart, depending on the severity of thinning and the desired outcome. Once the initial results are achieved, occasional maintenance sessions may be recommended to help maintain scalp balance and support long-term hair density.
This treatment is not recommended in cases of active scalp infections, uncontrolled autoimmune conditions, pregnancy, or active cancer. A full medical consultation is required before beginning any protocol to ensure that Exosome Hair Therapy is safe and appropriate for you. In most cases, the therapy is very well tolerated, thanks to the use of plant-based, biocompatible ingredients applied topically and without needles.
Exosome Hair Therapy can be applied to areas of the scalp showing reduced hair density, including the temples, frontal zone, crown, and overall hairline in both men and women. Whether the concern is gradual thinning or more sudden hair loss, treatment targets the zones where scalp health and follicle activity need the most support.
