Fotona 3D is a combination laser treatment that blends three advanced technologies: Smoothliftin, Piano and Frac3. This layered approach targets multiple depths of the skin in a single session, helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, improve skin texture and restore a more youthful look.
Each step of the treatment plays a unique role. Smoothliftin is performed inside the mouth to stimulate collagen in the lower face and around the lips. Piano gently heats the deeper layers of the skin, supporting tissue repair and overall firmness. Frac3 focuses on visible imperfections like pigmentation and textural irregularities by delivering laser energy only where needed.
Fotona 3D treatment is primarily used on the face and neck.

Fotona 3D uses a combination of laser wavelengths throughout the treatment area to effectively address various concerns. You may experience a warming sensation, which is generally well-tolerated. An anesthetic gel may be applied prior to treatment to increase your comfort.
Once your appointment is complete, you can return to your activities as normal. However, your skin may appear flushed and red for up to 30 minutes post-treatment.

With Fotona 3D treatment, patients generally need 3 to 5 separate appointments, which are spread out over 6 to 12 months. Our expert treatment providers will determine how many treatments you may need during your assessment.
Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have received Accutane treatment in the past six months, or have been exposed to the sun without sun protection in the past four weeks should refrain from this treatment.
