RF Microneedling Device
The Sylfirm X is a Health Canada-approved Pulsed & Continuous Wave Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling system and the only RF device with Dual Wave technology that can safely treat a wide range of skin concerns across almost all skin types. It works by generating an electromagnetic field, creating precise thermal coagulation zones using 24 evenly-leveled electrodes that penetrate the dermal layer at controlled depths. Your technician will gently move the Dual Wave RF device in a smooth, rhythmic motion over the treatment area. As the ultra-fine microneedles penetrate the skin, you may experience a warming sensation, similar to a gentle heat or tingling feeling.
Sylfirm X has little to no associated downtime, although you can expect some redness in the treatment area for 1 to 2 days following the procedure. Patients often notice gradual improvements in their skin over the following weeks as the production of collagen increases and the skin continues to heal and rejuvenate. This natural progression leads to enhanced texture and overall skin quality, allowing for long-lasting results.

We cannot offer this treatment to anyone with a current history of skin disease, including skin cancer, those with hemorrhagic disorders, or those who are on anticoagulants. those with immune disorders who are on immunosuppressive therapies, or those with an implantable medical device.
