VelaShape is a procedure that promotes natural collagen production, improves skin quality, and permanently removes stubborn fat in various parts of your body. The procedure first uses suction to isolate the treatment area, and then infrared light and radiofrequency energy heat up the fat and loosen the fibrous bands.
The VelaShape has a cooling tip, preventing heat damage to your skin, and has been described as feeling like a warm massage. The technology boasts an advanced feature to monitor the temperature in your skin to prevent overheating and discomfort.
You’ll meet with one of our expert technicians, who will go over your needs and goals to create a personalized treatment plan.
We’ll add photos to your patient profile to best track your treatment progress over time.
Your technician will go over your consent forms with you prior to your treatment and answer any questions that you may have.
Your technician will pass the VelaShape device over the treatment area. You’ll feel a warming sensation, but the cooling tip and temperature monitoring technology will help prevent discomfort. Each treatment session takes around 30 minutes. Once your appointment is complete, you can return to your daily activities; no downtime is required!

Many of our patients require 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart to achieve optimal results. Your expert technician will determine the exact course of your treatment during your personal assessment.
We cannot offer this treatment to those who are pregnant or have metal implants in the treatment area.
VelaShape can be used on the neck, arms, thighs, buttocks, flanks, and abdomen.
