Cancellation Policy – Non-Physician or Nurse Treatments
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee.
If the patient does not attend the appointment, the treatment will be considered rendered.
A $50 reactivation fee will be required if the patient wishes to rebook that treatment.

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations will incur a $150 fee.
If the patient does not attend the appointment, the $200 consultation fee is forfeited.
Product Return Policy
Unused and unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
If you believe you are experiencing an allergic reaction, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to speak with a Skincare Advisor.
An exchange or store credit may be issued within 14 days of purchase, with receipt.
