Once your Fotona 4D appointment is complete, you can resume your normal activities right away, thanks to the minimal downtime associated with the procedure. However, it's normal to experience some flushing and redness in the treated area, which typically subsides within 30 minutes. With Fotona 4D treatment, patients generally need 3 to 5 separate appointments, which are spread out over 6 to 12 months. Our expert treatment providers will determine how many treatments you may need during your assessment.
Fotona 4D is not recommended for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have metal implants in the face. Individuals who have recently taken Accutane, used steroids, or certain herbs like St. John’s Wort, or had significant sun exposure should wait before undergoing the procedure. Additionally, conditions such as blood-clotting disorders, certain autoimmune diseases, and active skin infections may require postponing treatment. Your provider will assess your medical history to ensure Fotona 4D is safe and effective for you.
