1. Program Overview
The Dermapure Referral Program (the “Program”) allows eligible existing patients (“Referrer”) to refer new patients (“Referee”) to Dermapure or Project Skin and receive a referral reward when all Program conditions are met.
Participation in the Program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The Referrer must be an existing Dermapure or Project Skin MD patient with an active account.
- The Referee must be a new customer/patient to Dermapure or Project Skin MD, defined as having no previously closed invoices.
- A completed free consultation or the purchase of skincare constitutes a closed invoice.
- To be valid, the Referral Code must be correctly recorded in the Referee’s account before any invoice is closed.
- Dermapure and Project Skin MD employees are not eligible to participate in the Program. Employee referrals are governed by the Employee Friends & Family Discount Program.
3. How to Refer
a) Online Booking Site
- The Referrer may share their Referral Code or Invitation Link directly from their Online Booking account profile.
- The Referee must enter the Referral Code at the time of account creation on the Online Booking Site.
- If an Invitation Link is used, the Referral Code will be automatically populated.
- If the Referral Code is not entered during online account creation, clinic staff may add it to the patient profile before any invoice is closed, in accordance with internal procedures.
b) At the Clinic
- The Referral Code may be added during new account creation or after account creation under the patient’s General tab, provided that no invoice has been closed.
- Use of the Referral Code, rather than the Referrer’s name, is strongly recommended to avoid incorrect referrer attribution.
4. Limited-Time Promotional Offer
- This is a limited-time promotional offer.
- Referrals completed between January 16, 2026 and March 31, 2026 (inclusive) are eligible for the $150 referral offer.
5. Referee Discount
- The Referee will receive a $150 referral discount, applied automatically at point of sale when booking a qualifying service.
- A minimum invoice value of $250 before tax is required to redeem the referral discount.
- The referree discount may be combined with services already on promotion including packages such as Mix & Match.
- The $150 referral discount will be applied first, reducing the price of the applicable service or package accordingly.
- The referee discount is applicable on aesthetic services but exclude medical services such as dermatology.
- For aesthetic injections, there are included in the program in the province of Quebec ONLY.
6. Referrer Cash Credit
- Once the Referee’s invoice is fully closed, the Referrer will receive a $150 referral credit, automatically applied in Zenoti.
- A Referrer may accumulate up to five (5) referral credits during the promotional period (maximum total value of $750).
- All referral credits accumulated during the promotional period will expire on December 31, 2026.
- The referrer credits are applicable on skincare and aesthetic services but exclude medical services such as dermatology.
- For aesthetic injections, there are included in the program in the province of Quebec only.
- Referral credits may be used in parts or in total during the validity period.
- Referrals completed outside of this promotional period are subject to different referral values, terms, and conditions.
7. Redemption Rules
- Referral discounts and credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards.
- Referral discounts and credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted.
- Referral discounts and credits cannot be applied retroactively under any circumstances.
- Referral discounts and credits may be redeemed at any participating Dermapure or Project Skin MD location.
8. Referral Validation
A referral is considered successful only when:
- The Referee books a qualifying service; and
- The invoice is fully closed.
Once an invoice is closed, the patient is no longer considered new, and the referral cannot be applied retroactively.
Only one Referrer may be associated with each new patient account. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referrals created for the purpose of circumventing Program rules are strictly prohibited.
9. Tracking & Status
- Referrers may track referral rewards through the Online Booking Site under the Referral Program section.
- Clinics may view referral details under the patient’s Referral History tab.
Referral statuses include:
- Unused – Discount available
- Processing – Discount applied but invoice not yet closed
- Used – Discount or credit redeemed
10. Program Administration & Modifications
Dermapure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time, including changes to referral values, without prior notice.
Dermapure also reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and to correct any errors related to referral application or reward issuance. Referral rewards are issued only when all Program conditions are fully met.
