Responsibilities –

• Carry out treatments according to company protocols and standards.  
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the manager.  
• Re-evaluate this plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up according to identified needs.  
• Advise customers on the beauty routine to adopt in conjunction with the Functionalab and Skinceuticals product lines.  
• Perform post-treatment follow-ups as required.  
• Follow up with customers to renew products.  
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty and trust.  
• Perform occasional full consultations in support of the Clinic Director.  

Qualifications – 

• Diploma of professional studies in aesthetics. 
• Diploma in photorejuvenation/pulsed light and laser hair removal.  
• At least two (3) years’ experience in a similar position.  
• Previously experience working with Sciton, Cool Sculpting, Clarity 2 and Solta; clear and brilliant devices an asset. 
• Respect for work procedures.

• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
• Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset;
• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset;
• Languages spoken and written: English; Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Adherence to work procedures;

The Position
As a Physician working at Dermapure, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering exceptional non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a modern, patient-focused 
environment. You will guide clients through their aesthetic journey with medical integrity, artistic skill, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, PRP, laser treatments, and other rejuvenating therapies.
• Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient needs and expectations, and create customized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in the medical aesthetics field.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, medical aestheticians, and clinic directors to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and maintenance to support long-lasting results.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and ethical practice.

Qualifications:
• Medical degree (MD) and active license to practice medicine in the province in which the clinic is located.
• Experience or specialized training in aesthetic medicine is highly preferred.
• Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for beauty, wellness, and patient-centered care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
•Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
