Collecting a small amount of blood is the first step of the treatment. The blood is then placed in a centrifuge to extract the platelet-rich plasma.
Carefully removing all traces of gel, makeup and oil film is an essential step in the microneedling treatment. It is also important to thoroughly disinfect the skin to create an adequate and sterile canvas for the procedure.
Plasma is then injected directly into the skin using the microneedling technique. The session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes in general.
Post-treatment procedures are applied and post-treatment recommendations carefully explained to ensure optimal recovery and results.

It is strongly recommended to combine the Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment with filling injections to maximize the rejuvenating effects. The PRP treatment can also be combined with Microneedling RF treatments to improve the firmness of the skin.
Pregnant or nursing women should postpone this type of treatment, as should anyone with an autoimmune disease, blood disorder or active skin infection.
