Dr. John Mah

Dr. John Mah graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors with Distinction of Mechanical Engineering in 1987 and a Doctor of Medicine in 1992.

Dr. Mah became a well-respected family physician, treating cancer patients at the Prince George Regional Cancer Centre and acting as a preceptor for medical students enrolled at the University of Northern BC Medical School.

In 2008, Dr. Mah began training in the field of aesthetic medicine, and by 2010 opened his own aesthetic practice in Prince George. This experience allowed him to develop skills treating a variety of cosmetic and medical skin conditions using Botox®, dermal fillers, and a variety of different lasers. In 2012, Dr. Mah began treating varicose veins using sclerotherapy after completing a mentorship under Dr. Mandy Wong, one of the most respected and experienced vein specialists in Western Canada. In 2014, Dr. Mah joined Dr. Wong at her highly successful practice in Kelowna.

Dr. Mah is a Fellow of the Canadian Society of Phlebology, graduate of the Cardiff University Diploma in Practical Dermatology program, member of the American College of Phlebology, the BC Medical Association, the Canadian Medical Association, the Canadian College of Family Physicians, and the College of Physicians & Surgeons of BC.
