Responsibilities – 

  • Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage appointments, client records, phone calls, emails, and general clinic correspondence.
  • Perform treatments in accordance with company protocols and support clients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment follow-ups.
  • Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and contribute to client retention and loyalty.
  • Assist with consultations and treatment planning as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, opening and closing procedures, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

Qualifications – 

  • Diploma in Aesthetics;
  • Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal;
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
  • Languages spoken and written: English; Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
